All orders will SHIP OUT within 3 to 5 business days after the order has been placed. Unless otherwise stated. This does not include shipping time.

We are not responsible for any delays due to USPS.

We do offer Priority Shipping. Priority Shipping offers a quicker delivery time and insurance on your package.

Therefore, if you didn't purchase the option priority shipping that offers insurance for your package we cannot help you if USPS loses your package or it is stolen.
