Shipping Policy
We ship all U.S. orders via First Class shipping for the best price. The First Class shipping guarantees a minimal wait with tracking. Most orders ship within 1-3 business days
INTERNATIONAL
International orders are also shipped via USPS. They give us an estimate of a 10-14 business day delivery.
Returns & Exchanges & Cancellations
Because our orders are processed so quickly we do not allowed any changes to your orders or cancellations at the moment.
We Do Not Accept and Returns or Exchanges.
Please review all items carefully before a purchase is made as all sales are final, including orders not yet shipped. Any products that have been damaged during shipment will be eligible for refund at the company's discretion.
Phone Cases
iPhone Case & Samsung Cases
These cases are not intended to protect from water or extensive dropping. Please be careful. Our cases are not made out of Adamantium thus, some general wear and tear will happen (depending on usage) Pixie Cases is not responsible for any damages to your cell phone. While your case may protect your phone from some minor wear and tear, don’t count on them to be indestructible or to prevent serious damages. Please do not clean cases with alcohol or any chemicals this will damage the design of the case.
Phone Holders
The Pixie Pops has a 3mm Sticker that is designed to stick to most materials but it sometimes does have issues with sticking to silicone and waterproof cases or anything with a lot of texture.
Pixie Cases is not responsible for any damages to your cell phone. All Sales are final. No Returns or Exchanges.
